If you would like to exchange an item that you've ordered, please take the following steps:
Verify that the item that you wish to exchange is exchange-able
Send us an e-mail to let us know your intentions to exchange the item and specify what you are exchanging it for
We will put the item aside and hold it until your exchange arrives
Return the item to our mailing address with a copy of the invoice along with the product code or description, size and color of the item you would like to exchange it for
Please mail it with a tracking number and within the 14-day period
Once your package has been received, we will ship the exchange via UPS Ground and e-mail the tracking number to you
Exchanges require an additional shipping cost
RETURNS
Returns must be received within 14 days for a refund (with exceptions listed below).
Send us an e-mail to let us know your intentions of returning the item
You will receive an RA # (Return Authorization #) which must be written on outside of returned package
Returns without an RA # will be refused. No Exceptions
Returns received after 14 days of receipt (if accepted) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Processing time for returns is 10 business days (weekdays), and you will be notified via e-mail that your return has been processed and refund was issued to your credit card.
You will also be charged for any additional shipping charges, which may have applied to your order.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items can NOT be returned for a refund OR exchange:
All items with "SALE" on the name or description are non-returnable and all sales are final
Lingerie, Undergarments, Underwear, Corsets, Panties, Cosmetics are also non-returnable due to Health Regulations
Any items with signs of wear or damage will not be accepted
Any items missing the original packaging will not be accepted
Any items with missing tags will not be accepted
Any shoes or boots with markings on the merchandise or box will not be accepted (this includes using the shoes box as a shipping box)
All returned items must be unworn and in resalable condition
Only the invoiced price and sales tax will be refunded.
Packages that are marked refused but have been opened will not be accepted
Packages that are refused by the customer and returned to us are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Packages that have been returned to us by UPS because the customer failed to pick up the package at UPS, or was not at the shipping address to accept the package, or refused to sign for the package are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Packages that have been returned to us by UPS because the customer supplied any of the following: the wrong address, wrong street number, wrong or missing apartment or suite number, wrong zip code, wrong city, wrong state ... are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Packages that have been returned to us by UPS because the customer supplied a PO Box as the shipping address and failed to pick up the package (regardless if a postcard was received or not)... are subject to a 20% restocking fee
DAMAGED OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Damaged or missing merchandise MUST be reported within 5 days of arrival and is the responsibility of the customer. Date of arrival will be checked with UPS tracking. There are no exceptions.
WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM
Please return all items with all packaging to insure a safe return.
When Returning an item, PLEASE be sure to send using delivery confirmation.
We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
If you add delivery confirmation to your return, your package will be traceable and will serve as evidence of mailing.
